Flavor seeping from the seared andoille sausage coats the shrimp before they are nestled in a Creole style sauce. This tomato-y goodness is then spooned over buttery grits + speckled with parsley and scallions. If you don't have bread for sopping, feel free to lick your bowl. No one would blame you.
