SolFood Kitchen promises a mosaic of global comfort foods in a
cozy cafe setting that tends to the mind, body, and soul.
Melanie combines her extensive knowledge of horticulture, organic agricultural, and the hospitality industry, to cultivate healthy, unique, and delicious meals that intrigue the taste buds and nourish the soul. Rounding out the SolFood team, sister, Kelly, and mother, Lynn have 30+ years collective experience in the medical industry. Their knowledge of the body’s needs fueled their desire to delve deeper into the field of holistic health; their approach meets local demand for easier, more accessible means of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Customers enjoy fresh pressed juices, grain bowls and superfood lattes, and wellness events like yoga, and spontaneous pop-up dinners.
