Paragon Home Designs is an architectural design team based in the heart of Evans. The team provides custom residential plan services for clients pursuing ‘the American Dream’ as well as custom home builders – both of which are in great demand as our area continues to develop and expand. Previously known as Ray Good Custom Home Designs, the Paragon team has retained long-term clients and welcomes new clients daily.

Owned by Savannah Swearingen Smith and directed by Kay Goodin, the professional design team guide their clients through each step of the process, providing meticulous design sketches perfectly created with our clients’ unique specifications.
